Sneaking cellphones into prison has become a leading issue. Cell mates and prison guards have been working together to sneak them into the hands of prison mates. These cell phones have been used to text and call their outside colleagues to do their dirty work. This issue has been growing over the last few years. People have been working to make this illegal and to make cell phones not work in prison.

If someone disliked me and they were in prison, I wouldn't want to be worried that they are going to call one of their friends and do something to me.
