"Neither Male nor Female"- Francesca Bartos 2

In Australia it is now legal for intersex (those born with both genitalia) and transgender persons to list their gender as "nonspecific" in legal documents. This is a good step towards acceptance of all people and how they choose to identify. Although same sex marriage is not legal in Australia could they really deny the right of people listed as nonspecific  to marriage. although this ruling has answered one question it has opened up many more for example: Could someone who identifies as both genders marry a man or woman who identifies as one?(in a legal context) And would they count that as same sex marriage?
The quest for answers leads to more questions.
