on Monday the freshman, Ahmen Mohamed, from Irving Texas was taken into police custody when his clock was mistaken for a bomb. The Irving police chief then stated that no charges would be brought against him. Although people were so outraged by this because they believed that he was targeted due to his race, but we're reassured that it was only because the device looked suspicious, although after all was said and done Ahmed was invited to the White House in confidence of his great work.
Analysis:
I believe that the police were were right to reassure everyones safety, but I felt like they coudl have handeled it in a much quiter, clamer way. Although Im just happy everything ended well.
