Would you plan to leave your child in the car?By: Daizha Lankford
The article about the mother and father who might have intentionally left their child in a car has sparked quite the commotion. The article written by Ashley Fantz, was a follow up to the initial report when the incident first happened. The article talks about how the mother Leanna Harris was just polygraphed this morning. She was asked some personal and disturbing questions. She answered no to all of them, but this still raises concerns about the case. The detectives on the case said that the parents were reportedly acting strange before and after the death of their little boy Cooper. The father, the one who left the boy in the car is facing murder charges, and the mother may soon have charges of her own. They detectives say that both parents researched how hot a car had to be to kill a child, that the mother when told her son had not been dropped off at daycare said "He was probably left in the car", and that the mother talked to the husband saying "did you say too much" after a police interview. This is really disturbing. If the parents did plan to kill their son, I think that is awful and cruel. I feel bad that an innocent boy had to die no matter what the story is. I hope justice is brought to Cooper.

Wow. I think a person honestly has to be so sick in order to do this to an innocent child who has no means by which to protect themselves.
