Dr. Ana Maria Gonzalez has been found guilty for poisoning her lover and charged wit aggravated assault. Prosecutors found that she spiked the coffee of Dr. George Blumenscheins with ethylene glycol a chemical found in antifreeze. Both Dr.'s worked as oncologists at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Cancer Center in Houston. Dr. Gonzalez's motivations were that Dr. Blumenschein had a girlfriend and ended up choosing her over Dr. Gonzalez. The poisoning left him with permanent kidney damage and Dr. Gonzalez pleading not guilty could now face life in prison.
This lady is crazy after finding out she is the mistress of this doctor she really thinks he is going to choose her over his girlfriend. Alas thinking that poisoning him would make any things better is extremely mind blowing, its amazing how people in life that are suppose to help others don't and use it for the bad.

ReplyDeleteIt's sad to think that she's worked so hard to become a doctor and after this incident, she most likely will have her license revoked. (or maybe not? who knows)

The woman obviously acted out of anger and didn't consider the consequences but that doesn't make it okay.
ReplyDeleteThis lady might have had a mental deficiency or had events direct her in the path to doing this. If she had not been in the position in her career to have access to such materials, a life could have been saved.
