As of now more than 660 flights have been cancelled going to Chicago due to the sabotage of an employee. The employee, Brian Howard, upset with his transfer to Hawaii decided to set fire to the air traffic control room where he worked. He also attempted to kill himself and requested the paramedics stay away from him. In a private Facebook message to a family member, Brian says " Im gonna smoke this blunt and move on, take care everyone".
I personally find this story selfish because Brian ruined everyone's flight plans when he became upset and set fire to the control room.

I wonder what happened to make him so disgruntled, It's not an easy job but that is an extreme reaction to the long hours.
