Many people are moving to Texas for two main reasons; the land is less expensive, and regulations that let development happen quite quickly. Many of the top growing cities in the U.S. were in Texas and there are still fast growing cities here. It's quite interesting to know this especially how Texas is my home state.

I like to think Texas has a lot of opportunities for many people. Glad to know I'm right.
ReplyDeleteIt is not good because a lot more people will start moving and will take up the job occupancy and land and we wont have anything else to give.
