Hog hunt in Melbourne, Florida as wild pigs head for roads- Jessica Dicker

Around 30-35 wild hogs are loose in Brevard County, and they are causing a ruckus. These hogs have torn up soil and grass, causing grub worms to surface and take over the town. In the beginning, the townspeople weren't too worried, until the animals started causing car crashes. While authorities are worried fo a fatal crash, and the townspeople are worried for there crops, the town is quickly devising a plan to fix the situation. I really hope the town doesn't go on a hog kill. Maybe put them in a multi-acre fenced area for now until Brevard County can give the hogs to a zoo or something. Hogs are hard to catch though, and I hope no one gets hurt in the process of or become a victim of a car crash. http://www.mynews13.com/content/news/cfnews13/news/article.html/content/news/articles/cfn/2014/6/2/hog_hunt_in_melbourn.html?hpt=us_bn8

  1. I am happy because it sounds like a safety plan- but sad because animal cruelty.
