A medical billing company called M.D. Manage failed to secure their customers' medical records and personal information, leaving hundreds of people's SSNs, addresses, phone numbers, medical evaluations, etc. online for the world to see. The company did not take note of their mistake until they were confronted by a concerned customer. Police were not notified by the company.


That's one way to kill your business.
I agree that the company should have done a crucial part of their job and secured their customers' information. That being said, I hate when news crews do the type of "investigation" that the one does in this video. Screaming accusations to the owner of a company who made a (serious) mistake through is locked door is no way to obtain the news.
Intense blunder on the company's fault, though. Hopefully everything gets sorted out and the damage can be minimized.
