Summary: This ban caused much confusion as to exactly who was effected by it. It has been not clarified how Green card holders or lawful permanent residents are are effected by the ban. Many of whom were planning on coming to the United States have had to either cancel out the possibility all together or have their circumstances evaluated individually.
Trump insists that this ban is not a "Muslim Ban," however it does prove to have religious preference towards Christians, which could cause some legal challenges.

I understand why these people can sometimes be dangerous, but these people have not done anything yet! I hope that we can resolve this issue very quickly and efficiently.
ReplyDeleteWithout a doubt, this ban will probably do more harm than good. More reason for immigrants to join ISIS (even though they probably never would've joined in the first place), and this just shows how prejudiced this country is towards the Muslim faith.

I think it is absolutely horrible that Trump has only been president for not even a month and he has already caused this much damage to foreign relations.
