Summary: On January 21, many women came together to protest after Trumps inauguration, and give their opinions on women's safety and basic rights.
Analysis:
Just a day after Trump's inauguration, there was a protest march in Washington D.C, and LA. Many women represented their argument against Trumps's presidency with signs and slogans to draw the attention of the public. Many women felt that it was a terrible mistake to have Trump in office and felt the need to stand up for what they believed in. These women are tired of being treated carelessly and feel the need to show people that they are not going to tolerate such behaviors and be fine with it.
Synthesis:In the past, even after slavey and segregation had been withdrawn, women still suffered from unequal rights and unfair treatment. Throughout history, women have been treated a certain way because most people thought men we're strong, making them automatically smarter. "This is a man's job," is a common saying, meaning women are not capable of doing the same things men can do. Women have before, came together and protested for many different subjects and faults to prove to society that you can't just toss them around.
