Summary: Autism has increased simply by changing how the Census Bureau asks whether your child has had any development issues. Instead of putting it on a broad term, the Census Bureau asked for autism diagnostic first, allowing parents/guardians to correctly identify their child's diagnostics.
Analysis:The first autism-diagnosed person was Donald Triplett, since his parents were blessed with having wealth, they hired the best doctors to identify what was different about their son. For those of you who don't know Autism is a mental condition that affects social and behavioral aspects of the child's life. These children have trouble communicating which obviously affects their ability to socialize and therefore behave differently than other children. Now back to Triplett, if my math isn't wrong he was diagnosed between the 1930s and 1940s so autism is a new thing in the world of doctors.In fact it's so new doctors still don't know what causes it. Autism is a terrible condition for the child and for those who care for said child. However we all hope to one day learn all we can and be better prepared to face autism.
