In Kobe Bryant's most recent game, he has annoyed his retirement at the close of the 2015-2016 season. The 37 year old wrote a poem titled "Dear Basketball" explaining his love for the sport since a young age and how he's "ready to let go". Since his public announcement in his press conferences and during the game, teammates and coaches have expressed there respect for his decision. Because Bryant has been apart of the team half of it's existence, it's difficult to let go of family.
Washington's "resignment" from office is reminded. George Washington was a phenomenal country hero, well respected and knew what he was doing. His farewell address is familiar too, listing his tips and tricks for the well being of America. Washington loved his country, and was willing to "let go".
