The Republican Party Circus (or Welcome Back My Friends to the Show that Never Ends (or can't we just wait till next year.)) -Nash Farmer.
Republican candidate Scott Walker has pulled out of the presidential race. And it's oddly both surprising and not. Gov. Walker seemed like a conservative dream candidate. He won the position of Governor in a blue state. And was successful at taking down the demands of public unions. So why would he have dropped out, the answer is that one person we all love to blame, DONALD TRUMP.
But it's not fully Trumps fault what Walker is probably doing a defensive move to make sure Trump wouldn't win for the greater good of the Republican party. A chart from Real Clear Politics shows that Trump is leading with 38%. While this is the largest percentage it's not a true majority. So knowing that he doesn't stand that great a chance Walker drops out of the race with his 4% or so supporters that;s a few more voters who would choose a different candidate and might lead to Trump's Defeat. And I have a feeling we're gonna see this pattern repeat it's self over and over again through out the primaries.
