Do you want a racist running our country? Christa Hamby P1

On Thursday night at a town hall meeting in Rochester, New Hampshire, Donald Trump opened the floor up to questions. The first one brought quite a bit of controversy. "We have a problem in this country, it's called Muslims. We know our current president is one," said the man. "We know he's not even an American. We have training camps growing, where they want to kill us…. When can we get rid of them?” Trump, who for years questioned the legitimacy of President Barack Obama's US citizenship without presenting any evidence to back up his claims, did not refute anything the man said. "We're going to be looking at a lot of different things," Trump responded. "You know, a lot of people are saying that, and a lot of people are saying that bad things are happening out there. We're going to look at that and plenty of other things.” The video has brought tons of negative feedback all over the internet by people who disapprove of Trumps actions and morals.
A lost opportunity to act human. John McCain got the same thing when some auld biddy said that Obama was an Arab. He answered with a bit more aplomb than this buffoon, but failed to state that even if it were true, what would it matter. That Trump failed miserably on this easy test of character is no surprise. It's beyond my comprehension that anyone, least of all the American electorate, could take this man seriously as a Presidential candidate. He appears to hate anyone who isn't a white, middle class American. Would you really want a man with such a narrow mind leading your country? I know I wouldn't. Would you want his finger on the nuclear trigger?

I do not believe Donald Trump Is a racist... should he have said something? Yes, but he was responding to the man's question, not his offensive comment.

  3. Tristin Manus 8th- I can't believe that people are taking this man serious, like seriously? This man is clearly using his financial advances and his name to buy his way through election. If Trump wins, I am afraid for the outcome of America.
