Special Student used as bait leads to rape. Natalie Rodriguez P5

A teacher persuaded a 14-year-old special needs student to act in a way as "bait" to catch an accused sexual offender in action. "It has essentially devastated her life," attorney Eric Artrip -- who represents the girl and her father -- said of the alleged January 2010 incident.

School administrators were aware of the student's extensive history of sexual and violent misconduct and were alerted to the substantial risk he posed to others. Sparkman Middle School vice principals received a complaint about a week before the rape that stated the boy had been touching another student in an inappropriate way and was assigned some time in In School Suspension.

a teacher's aide at the Huntsville-area school, was told that the boy was trying to persuade multiple girls to "have sex with him with him in the boys' bathroom on the special needs students' corrido." It has come to some attention that he in fact did have sex with a student in the situation elaborated on.

while truing to "catch him in the act," the boy approached a 14-year-old girl with special needs who had already declined his "recent, repeated propositions" for sex. Although the girl was not physically or mentally handicapped, she does qualify for special needs classes.

When the girl told teachers,  she encouraged the girl to "meet the troubled boy in the bathroom where teachers would be positioned to 'catch him in the act' before anything happened."however, something went wrong and the boy demanded the girl to meet him in the 6th grade bathrooms instead of the ones he first told her. no teachers were present to interfere or follow through with their plan. the girl was eligibly anally raped by the young boy and was traumatized by the whole experience unsurpisedly. a very unprocessed plan turned out to be a huge trouble for everyone and an unimaginably terrible experience for the girl involved.

  1. These teachers should by fired and banned from teaching. Thats one of the most irresponsible things that I have ever heard of a teacher doing.

  2. This is no way for school administrators to solve this sort of issue. Repeated reports of the boys' actions should have been enough evidence that he is who everyone claims him to be.
