Man killed on 1-95 when wheel crashes into windshield- Sophia Maas 2nd Period

Michael Harper, 27, of Ponte Vedra beach was driving on Interstate 95, "when a large truck lost its wheel, which went crashing through his windshield."
Harper was taken to Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine, FL., where he was pronounced dead. Kody Liberman, 23, was in the vehicle when the wheel came crashing. He steered the car off of the roadway and suffered minor injuries, "both were wearing seat belts."
"The truck driver, Michael Hunter, 43, or Daytona Beach FL., was not injured. The Florida Highway Patrol continues to investigate this accident."

This article was written by USA Today, it did not give the specific author. I believe they wrote this to give information about this terrible crash. You can never be too careful, the victims were simply driving down the Interstate when boom a wheel pops off of a truck. They were also wearing seat belts. I would not know how to convict Michael Hunter, technically it wasn't him who killed Mr. Harper but it was his trucks tire. Maybe lack of vehicle inspection and I'm not entirely sure how to say it but, lack of keeping to his vehicle?
