there was a shooting at a local Florida bank that killed five people. the man responsible for the attack is being charged with five counts of first degree murder and his prosecutors are seeking the death penalty. they are seeking such a harsh penalty because there is no clear motive behind the crime, the shooter had o connection to anyone at the bank, he had no plans of robbing the bank, and the people were killed execution style.
