Human Instigated Climate Change is Considered Essentially Certain by Scientists.
Scientists from the journal Nature Climate Change have raised the probability of climate change caused by humans to a five sigma level, meaning there is a one in a millionth chance that climate change is either not occuring or is due to some other cause. This study is meant to establish clear evidence against various different sources of climate change denial, including President Trump with his pull out of the Paris Climate accord, which aims to eliminate fossil fuel emissions.

I wish that this news would bring some conclusive end to the age of climate change denial and skepticism, with scientists worldwide agreeing on humanity’s drastic and catastrophic impact on the earth’s atmosphere and biosphere. However, this publication will most likely be met with some denial and bogus claims of bias.
This whole affair with the tug of war of climate change reminds me with the denial and outrage surrounding the Scopes case and the conservative-led denial of scientific facts, much like the present day conservative-led movement against the presence of any sort of climate change science with the supposed backing of biased and outdated sources. I hope we can learn from the past and not initiate bogus pushback against a clear and present danger.
