This week’s current event may not be the most monumental in history, although definitely an emotional special night for the many esteemed Hollywood populous. If you were not informed, last night, Saturday the 24 of February, was the 2019 Oscars where many stars and people behind the scenes are awarded for their expertly inspiring jobs in making movies portray definite stories to the public. The Oscars, unlike other award shows, are voted on by a board of specific people who are hired to deeply engage in everything film rather than the general public. A specific Rami Malek, the lead role as Freddie Mercury in the most astounding new film “Bohemian Rhapsody”, was nominated for his first Oscar in the category of “Best Actor” and deservingly won for his portrayal of Freddie was to the T. Rami Malek has blown up since his role in this film, and I can’t explain my excitement to see what the future brings to him.
The Oscars dates back to the very first awards ceremony in 1929 (originally entitled the Academy Awards) where Emil Jennings was the first acceptor of the “Best Actor” award as well as the first person to present and academy award.
It was fun to watch, great article.
