Trump get's mad @ California & others - Clkay

President Trump stated that the states suing him over his declaring of a national emergency due to a lack of border wall funding “led mostly by Open Border Democrats and the Radical Left.” Initially, in his original Rose Garden press release, he stated that the federal gov was being sued by cities, not states, a mistake he later corrected. He then specifically called out California, after their recent light rail project’s cost ballooned from the original, projected cost of $44 billion to $77 billion, saying that “As I predicted, 16 states, led mostly by Open Border Democrats and the Radical Left, have filed a lawsuit in, of course, the 9th Circuit! California, the state that has wasted billions of dollars on their out of control Fast Train, with no hope of completion, seems in charge!” in a tweet. California Attorney General Xavier Becerra (D) responded to Trump’s tweets later Tuesday: “Sorry, Mr. President #California will keep leaning forward. Instead of walls, we’ve built America’s #1 economy and the 5th largest in the world — thanks in large part to our respect for the law and humane policies.” Trump then had no further comments.

  1. Trump is the only person who wants the wall at this point. I think everyone can agree that it’s an insane waste of money and will literally do nothing. People will find a way around that wall no matter what so why build it in the first place.
