Today a gunman killed 25 and injured many more in Southern Springs, Texas. This is absolutely devastating as it was done in a baptist church during church hours. The people would never expect something like this to happen. The death tolls have increased steadily since the first word of the shooting, and many more have been injured. Everybody has been very worried all day and many investigations will continue throughout the week. The original amount of deaths was equal to seven percent of the population in that city.
This is an absolutely tragic event and what makes it even worse is that it happened at a church where they were celebrating and praising God. I am glad that they are investigating and that the community is coming together likewise to when they made the Constitution at the Constitutional Convention.

That is terrible. How could someone even have the guts to shoot people at a church?! Churches are meant to be a safe haven for everyone, not a shooting ground.
ReplyDeleteIt's absolutely horrible what happened. One would've thought that after the Las Vegas shooting, there would be tighter gun control laws, but no. how much longer will it take before the government realizes all of the domestic terrorism.
ReplyDeleteThis is so sad and scary. There are crazy people in this world that we just can't stop. All we can do is come together and support those effected.
ReplyDeleteThis is very horrible and gun laws must become stricter. The events occurring lately prove that not anybody can buy a gun.
