Physical Activity in schools- Michal Randolph



I believe that physical education is a big part of regular education. Some students work better after they get their heart rate up, and some exercise in general. PE is a great energy booster and a way to burn calories. Working out in the morning boosts your metabolism and helps you burn calories throughout the day.   Having athletic contests would be a great opportunity for students to improve their competitive drive. Heathy competition is great for youth.
The problem with child hood obesity is real and the state requiring physical education in schools will help eliminate that problem.
