Half of all americans have high blood pressure. I can personally relate to this because both my grandmother and my mother has it. It has made their lives harder and so it has for many other americans. But what this article is stating is that the organization, the "American Heart Association" has increased the standard for the minimum safe level a persons blood pressure can be at. It is shocking some americans because it is now defining them as having high blood pressure which is understandable for them to be taken aback.

  1. What actions do you think could be taken to help improve lives of these high blood pressure victims? How could American improve food choices and activity to help bring down the numbers of high blood pressure people
