There was a convention held in turkey with some of the world'd most prominent leaders to analyze and asses actions regarding retaliation following the ISIS attacks. Does this mean war? How should this be handled? Who will be targeted next? The leaders civilly discussed.
Turkish president said there would be a "strong message" sent, though he did not specify. Putin acknowledged that to be productive towards this effort, we would need to all pool together as nations. This will be a world effort, having to respect all countries standards and policies. We stand stronger as conjoined nations, as a world.
