Protests at The University of Missouri Alexis Williams
There have bee many protests happening at The University of Missouri concerning racial problems. Many stident have complained about the comments and it has effected the school's reputation tremendously. Lots of student think this was all caused by the president who they say is racist. Athletes of color have joined together to protest and refuse to play gae until the schools president leaves. Many professors and students have fled the campus in fear of getting hurt or killed. The president has recentley resigned from his position and this will hopefully make things normal again.
The studets rallied and protested and this connects to the civil rights movements in the 60s. People like Martin Luther King and Rosa Parks were civil rghts activists and there were many more. The KKK was also more prominent in this time and active. There were lots of rumors they were on campus. It's 2015 and I feel like America should be gtting better not worse.

I agree with you. It's way past the time for America to step up and end racial discrimination.
