That's right, presidential campaigning has begun. On Sunday, Hillary Clinton made an announcement saying that she will be running for president in 2016 for the Democrat Party. She also released her logo, and it has made an impact in media. The logo is a blue H, with a red arrow pointing to the right. This sparked comments and buzz all over the internet. Why is the arrow red and pointing right? Is she becoming a Republican? Many compared it to a FedEx sign or even a hospital sign. People on social media has produced biting comments, that seem a little ignorant and there is even a Twitter account dedicated to it.
I think that Hillary Clinton's logo is powerful. I may not know what it stands for, but at first glance, it looks like the logo is making us look forward to the next thing. The comments are a little ignorant and rude. They should find out what it means first before making assumptions. Hillary's logo sure beats the logos of others. For example, if you take a look at Ted Cruz's logo, it kind of looks like he's burning the American flag. This presidential election is going to go down in history, and I am glad that we have a strong and intelligent woman to represent the Democratic party, but even more importantly, women rights.
