A week has passed since Freddie Gray was arrested and a say has passed some he lost his life in a Baltimore hospital. Freddie Gray had been in a coma and didn't survive. The autopsy report shows that the victim could've died from severe spinal injury. Freddie Gray was a young African American and he was known to have a nice heart. Many people in the community including the mayor are angry at what has happened to this young man. The Baltimore are looking into this matter and have suspended all six officers who were involved in the arrest of Mr. Gray. There have been many protest outside of the Baltimore police department since this has occurred.
This is another sad and unfortunate situation. Police officers say that they didn't use any excessive force on the victim but he had severe injuries to his spine. It doesn't really make any sense and I hope investigators can get to the bottom of this case. I know we talked about different protest that occurred back then and the same thing is happening again today.

It seems that history keeps repeating itself on this situation and won't stop. I hope his family gets the justice they deserve.
ReplyDeleteIt's outrageous that things like this keep happening! I agree with Jazmin, I hope justice is served. For the sake of Freddie Gray and all the other individuals who have been injured or killed wrongfully.
