The Transportation Security Administration committee has determined that 100% screening of all employees would not be as beneficial as originally thought. The first reason for the conclusion is that not every airport can afford to screen every single aviation worker that walks through the airports. Another reason is that it would be useless to have workers expecting screening, as the random screenings of the workers requires the workers to be on top of whatever they are doing and also increases the likelihood of catching an inside threat. I do agree with the waste of time to screen every employee because growing up in a century where everyone is on the go and we cannot be late, holding back two pilots can leave TSA lines going back to the entrance of the airport if they are not careful and aware. It also discourages threats posing as airline workers since they never know when to expect a screening just because the TSA officers say they want to.

I'm glad they are slightly loosing restrictions. Ever since the creation of the TSA they have been very over the top in their way of doing things, in order to compensate for the passage of the Patriot Act.
