Three girls that were thirteen years old were out trick-or-treating on Halloween California, when they were killed by a speeding car. The girls were walking across the cross walk when the car ran them over. The girls bodies flew 100 feet to the side and all three girls were dead when help arrived. The driver of the car parked his car and ran away along with somebody else, but police are still looking for them. It is a tragedy but people must be extremely careful on Halloween when crossing pubic streets, because it is the most dangerous night of the year for pedestrians.
This is very unfortunate and sad because Halloween is supposed to be a fun time for everyone. These three girls didn't deserve this death. The government regulates traffic and try there best. But idiots just like to not follow rule and end up hurting people. Halloween is a part of american culture and the Government regulates other laws and problems.
