West Virginia U. suspends Greek activities following death of freshman By: Harrison Epstein

At West Virginia University there has been a death of a frat boy. It is an odd situation because in this particular case the boy went out running that morning and never returned, his body was found later with a wound to the head that officials say is "consistent with falling" All Greek Life activities have been shut down as the apparent accident is being further investigated by the police in West Virginia. The death occurred just a short number of days after there was a major disturbance on the campus that revolved around that particular Greek chapter.

I always think mysteries are so interesting but the main reason I posted this is, is to get a look at the way people react to death. Everyone seemed (from the article) fairly calm and reserved about the incident even though there is a chance it was murder. Now of course as a drama student I have a tendency to exaggerate things but I find it odd that there would be a police investigation if there was no thought of murder on the officials minds. A similar case was in Russia not too long ago , it is known as the Dyavlov Pass indecent, revolving around the death of 9 hikers in mysterious ways. Learn more at...
