Ashley Neece- Sports Gambling Unconstional

The supreme Court announced that illegal sports gambling was unconstitutional, in 1992 act PASPA that made  it illegal for the state to promote or run sports gambling. The main state invoved in this was New Jersy who, after being sued for breaking this act, decided to use the 10th amendment and the court case made it up to the supreme court who sided with the state.  This goes back to states sovertity that can be seen in the Articles of Confederation, that was later adapted to the Constitution.
