Girl murdered in mistaken Uber- Madi Haggard

Samantha Josephson who was 21, a student at the University of South Carolina, was found in a field hours after she entered a vehicle mistakenly thought of as her Uber ride died from multiple sharp force injuries.  Saturday, police apprehended and arrested Rowland, 24, in Columbia after seen driving the Impala by an officer. Police found Josephson's cell phone and blood in Rowland's vehicle.  Rowland has been charged with kidnapping and murder in connection with Josephson's death.
