Jarrod Ramos was accused of killing five people in Capital Gazette due to what authorities think a mental disability and insanity with the man. Lawyers of Ramos claimed that he shouldn't be responsible for his actions due to his mental problems. Even if he gets away with not being convicted as a criminal he would face mental hospital confinement for a long time.
If this man was truly mentally ill, then I hope that he will be hospitalized and not released until all of his mental issues are addressed.
