A U.S. and Russia missile deal during the cold war will be suspended because of a russian submarine carrying missiles the broke the deal was found, even though Russia denied this. Both sides said they will begin building weapons that would be banned by the treaty.
This can relate back to war agreements like not using lead bullets and nuclear bombs.
