The Note: Trump show upstaged by Beto O’Rourke and congressional realities - Dillon Quicksall

President Trump recently went on a campaign tour to El Paso to start off his first 2020 election rally. Unfortunately for him, Beto O'Rourke, who many are envisioning running for president in 2020, was also there, campaigning against the wall
This is quite intriguing, as it brings to our attention the approaching 2020 election, and all the drama that will undoubtedly come with it. If Beto O'Rourke, one of the most well-liked democrats, who was nearly able to pull off a governmental win in one of the most hardcore red states, ran for president against Trump, who has garnered hatred from both parties and has had the lowest presidential approval ratings ever, there is a very good chance the upcoming election could result in a landslide victory for the democrats. Or perhaps Trump, once again, will triumph alongside his uncanny ability to achieve the unexpected.
