Summery: A doctor in Plano publishes a quote in an article that claims Female doctors do not earn as much as male doctors because the have other obligations that trump their work, and dont work as hard. The clear Pay gap between these doctors is, in his opinion, caused by how hard the female doctors work (or, lack of), and offered only an apology to them. He also deleted his twitter account after.

My Analysis: Women have always had a harder time in work then males, especially with equal pay. over and over, Comments are made about why this happens, and sometimes the 'rightness' that some people see in it. There are women who work just as hard as their male counterparts, some not as hard, and some even harder, but that doesn't change the pay gap. Its wishful thinking that this will change, but i do hope it does, Its misogynistic to Put somebody women down in jobs for their gender, but thankfully, the conditions they are treated in are improving, and have since years past.
