Mekinna Knight~ who dun it??

My current event is regarding an autistic child who has been missing since 1:30 Saturday the 22 after visiting takin Lake Park with his father and 1 other adult. Maddox Ritch,  who is autistic and nonverbal, was walking aroung the lake with the 2 adults when he took off running. The father and other adult say when they tried to run after him, after a while, they lost sight of him. While it is not proven true, speculators have been said to believe the father may have something to do with it. The report has highly specialized FBI investigating the situation, while also taking in mind the lake with divers and search boats checking the lake with sonar devices. The athorities also are considering possibility of child abduction, and taking the actions to invesrigate that. The young boy has yet to be found, but many family members have been consulted and are cooperating accordingly.

The past event in history I wanted to connect this to is Azaria Chamberlain who was believed to be murderd by her parents on a camping trip. (They were sentenced to life in  jail). Later to discover that the death of the child was, in fact, the cause of a dingo attack leaving the parents not guilty, and their verdicts overturned.

  1. Its crazy because as you first hear of an investigation you would like to assume certain people are not guilty when they are. Sometimes it's really heart breaking once the investigation is finished and the truth is out.

  2. I hope that the father had nothing to do with this and that they find the child alive and safe.

  3. From my perspective, I don't think the father had anything to do with it. I believe that a father wouldn't intentionally kill their child. If he did do it, however, then this case is going to take an interesting turn in perspective.

  4. I don’t see why, a, the son would just go running without a reason behind it, and b there wasn’t any person behind the missing case. I think the father might have something to do with this, but with no evidence we won’t know who until they investigate further. I hope the boy is found though. - Joziah German

  5. I dont believe that living with autisim is a walk in the park and neither is life. We aren't sure of his relationship with his father or the other man. I dont know who could have done it since there are so many valid answers but this situation is a little fishy and I defenetliy believe that it should continue getting investigated.
