All kinds of people are preparing their homes to host multiple families of undocumented immigrants across the United States. Families that are scared of the ICE raiding their homes or being deported are now able to stay in the homes of these kind American citizens. Religious leaders in all types of faith are providing this service because of President Trump's election. There will be many places for these families to stay throughout California. People hosting these families are still scared of the ICE coming to their door, but to be able to come in, they would still need a warrant. This service is beyond any type of religious belief, and aids immigrant families in need.
Analysis:
I think that it's sad that families in our country are so terrified of being deported, and put into a worse situation, that they have to seek help from others and live in their homes. It is so kind of the hosts to help those families in need and I hope that everyone stays safe.
