Leslie Z-The people behind India's first sign language dictionary

 It seems incredible to know that human beings have created a system of communication through the years .Most of the people are able to communicate with speaking skills, yet there are individuals that lack that certain of ability, therefore, they used other features like their hands.Just recently India has published the first sign language dictionary.About 15 people are currently working to develop more than 7,000 signs that deal with words used for academic, medical, legal, technical and daily routine conversations.According to the latest census, India has five million deaf and impaired people.

   The article was written by the BBC news to informed the people about the recent developments around the world.Previously to this article, I thought that every country had a type of sign language for deaf people, but I was wrong.I'm glad to see that country such as India are making process and are noticing the needs of those minorities.
