Rachel Bozalis - Trump's Dangerous Nonsense

CNN published an article by Laurence Tribe, the lawyer who represented Gore in the Bush v. Gore supreme court case that Trump falsely referenced recently. The article tells about the many nonsensical actions and quotes Trump has committed recently, such as ignoring presidential precedents of peaceful transitions of power, distrusting the electoral college (only if he looses), and calling for riots and possible assassination of Clinton, should she win the election. Tribe hopes to point out the issues Trump's possible presidency would create.

Trump is and always has been a menace to the public eye, making crude comments about both our political system as well as people in general. While this article is biased against Trump, it is important to highlight the cons of his leadership in order to (hopefully) reduce the chances of him becoming our next president. He has repeatedly stated that he will refuse to follow the precedent of peaceful transitions of power between presidents should he win the election, a precedent established after Adam's presidency when the federalist party transitioned to the Democratic Republican Party with Jefferson's presidency.

  1. Trump shows quite an immaturity when he basically disagrees to engage in a peaceful transfer of power. It has always been a tradition to handle loss gracefully without animosity and it is quite worrying that the republican candidate is not agreeing to do it. I think that should say something about who we really want running our country.
