Synthesis: If the U.S. can stop the terrorist then this would be a major set back to them and also be a huge advantage to America to save lives. While ISIS is attacking they are taking innocent civilians and executing them; also leaving bombs that their own men have to pick up after the terrorist leaving putting the cleaners in grave danger.
Analysis: While trying to make it through Iraq they are destroying cities ISIS is losing several men and losing in attacks.
