Isabella Poscente- Separated Twins at Birth
Summary:Nicole McDonald gave birth to conjoined twins (at the head), Jadon and Anias. Nicole first held her son Jadon alone for the first time and was ecstatic. She said it was "one of the most profound moments of my life." This 27 hour long procedure made the parents overwhelmed with joy.
