Jay Z to Headline Concert for Hillary Clinton:

Summary:

According to one of Clinton's aides, rapper Jay Z is putting on a concert for Hillary in Cleavland on November 7th, the day right before election day. The reason for this is to encourage young voters to vote for Hillary just as they did for Barack Obama. But specifically is The concert is targeting a electoral demographic group of young black voters who are not rooting for Clinton's presidency. Even Beyoncé, Jay Z's wife set up a fundraiser to help gather in votes for Hillary. There have been many events in which the goals of them were to encourage people to vote for Clinton instead of the opposing candidates. Jay Z is close friends with Obama and so it makes sense why he would root for and support the democratic candidate, Hilary Clinton. 

Analysis:

I think that this is a very nice thing to do to support a friend, however, I believe that people should make their own personal decisions based on their own opinions and beliefs. Clearly, Jay Z, Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, John Legend and many other celebrities will have a huge impact on the votes. I think that even though somebody that is planning to vote for Trump, but sees that all of these pop stars and well known people are voting for Hillary, their opinions will be changed or at least questioned because of the influence they have on the people. These celebrities have a ton of influence on a lot of voting Americans and I do not think that they should try to change anybody's votes because most likely, the votes will be changed.
