In an animal sanctuary around Abilene more than two hundred animals were taken out by the Humane Society of North Texas due to the poor condition the animals were in. The judge stated that he did not see any bad intent, however the sanctuary had too many animals for its size. The animals are now with the Human Society of North Texas.
