Below is a very interesting video by The Vlog Brothers. Discussed by John Green, the tax plans of both of the candidates. The video really shocked me because it was the second thing that I had ever seen which discussed each person's plan rather than their personalities. Up to this point, I don't think anyone knew that they even had a plan.
In a nutshell, Donald Trump has a plan where
- The higher class is helped a lot
- The middle class is helped a little
- The lower class is helped a little
This is said to possibly have a catastrophic effect on national debt.
Hillary Clinton's plan involves
- The higher class in unchanged
- The middle class is unchanged
- The lower class is helped a lot
This could decrease rich people's interest on buying stocks, leading to a possible crash.
This was a really fresh and enlightening experience; to avoid all of the trash talk and to look at facts.

I agree with you that it's hard to read an article specifically about their plans for presidency without bringing in all that extra drama the live debates have. I like that is just has the hard evidence of what they each want to do.
