Hannah Howell- Space Probe Finds Lost Philae On Comet

Summary: A little space robot named Philae was thought to be lost forever after it disappeared late 2014. It was found today, September 5, 21016, by European Rosetta probe after 2 years. Philae was found stuck in a very dark crack in Comet67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko.  It had communicated to scientists back on Earth and sent back much research back in its day. This amazing discovery (or rediscovery) brought joy to people around the world who thought all hope had been lost for the little robot.

Analysis/Synthesis: The rediscovery of Philae is a day to be celebrated, considering how much research he contributed to space exploration. To the mission control workers, it must feel like finding a lost child. This event is related to the first landing on the moon, regarding the joy it brought to people around the world.
