Cuba, now with a new leader, has taken a new path. It has not changed a ton, but they are getting places. They are still under a basically communist rule, but Obama has opened trade to them. Cuba still looks like the 1960s due to the reforms, but they are now more open. With these new regulations, Cuban Americans are becoming more active. Cubans are very happy with the new policies Obama has set.
