"Clinton announces 2016 White House bid, asks to be 'champion' of America's middle class" by Alex Norton

Former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, officially announced that she is running for president in the 2016 elections and she is the only Democrat so far to officially start a 2016 white house campaign. She wants to be the champion for the middle class, saying that, "the deck is still stacked in favor of those at the top."
If she wins the presidential election, she will be the first woman president and that would be huge, considering U.S history. Women only got the right to vote in 1920 and still faced discrimination in the work place and ect. To this day, women still get unequal pay, so a woman president would be monumental for the U.S. However, this doesn't mean that we should impulsively vote for her because she is a woman. We must look into her values and what she wishes to accomplish as President.
