Boston Marathon bombing's second anniversary Heather McKay

 There was a service held today to commemorate those who lost their life and were injured in the boston marathon bombing's second anniversary. I hate that this happened....it is good that they are treating the situation with respect and holding services like this. I hope this never happens again.

 This is on a smaller scale similar to the terrorist attacks on 9-11. I am not sure if this was declared as a terrorist attack; however, I bet that is had a huge impact on security at the marathon and in Boston in general.
